Order and delivery

Question: When can I expect my order?

Answer: Production takes 1-4 working days and dispatch of the bracelets takes 2-4 working days.

Question: The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?


Answer: In 99% of cases, orders are dispatched within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that the delivery of an order is delayed. You can check the status of your order via the following link:

Have you not received your order 3 days after the expected delivery date? If so, please contact us.

Question: What are the shipping costs?

Answer: We take care of the shipping costs for the order.


Exchanges and returns

Question: I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it? Answer: Yes, you can return any order to us within 14 days.

Without giving reasons.

Question: I would like to return an item, what do I have to do?

Answer: If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return it within 14 days of receipt. The products must be returned in their original condition, with labels and tags attached. The product must not show any signs of use.

A track & trace code must always be included with a return. The sender is always responsible for the shipment.



Tracking and tracing

Question: Where can I find my track and trace code?
Answer: On this tracking and tracing page you can

enter your e-mail address and order number to track your parcel.

Question: The track and trace code does not provide any information, how is this possible?

Answer: The tracking information is available from the moment your parcel arrives at the shipping company. Please note that there may be delays in between.

Once we have received your returned items, we will ensure that the purchase price is credited to your account within 14 days.
